The undersigned will conduct a thesis entitled, “TEENAGE PREGNANCY: ITS EFFECT ON EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS AND OUT-OF-SCHOOL YOUTH IN MARAMAG, BUKIDNON “.

This study will attempt to determine the effect of Teenage Pregnancy on educational development of students and out of school youth in Maramag, Bukidnon. There is no right or wrong answers as long as you did it honestly. Rest assured that your answers to this survey-questionnaire will be treated with utmost confidentiality. The survey result will be analyzed for academic purposes.
