Barangay Kapitan ng  Upper Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay, pinagbabaril sa sa mga hindi kilalang suspek. Binaril sa tatlong hindi kilalang suspek ang isang barangay kapitan ng Brgy. Nakilala ang biktima ng isang Arnel Mapanao Delacruz, 47 taong gulang, residente at punong barangay sa nasabing lugar. Isang independenteng kandidato sa pagka sangguniang bayan ng Tungawan. Ang biktima nagtamo ng dalawang tama sa ulo ng siyang sanhi sa agarang pagkamatay. Kalibre 45 na baril ang ginamit sa mga suspek batay narin sa nakuhang basyo ng bala sa crime scene.
