Teenage Pregnancy and Disruptive Behavior of Kids in School

Barangay Kapitan ng  Upper Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay, pinagbabaril sa sa mga hindi kilalang suspek. Binaril sa tatlong hindi kilalang suspek ang isang barangay kapitan ng Brgy. Upper Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay noong ika 28 ng enero 2016 pasado alas 6 ng gabi habang papauwi na sana sa kanyang tahanan sakay sa kanyang motorsiklo na Honda XRM 125 kulay white and red combination  ng sinundan sa mga suspek at pinagbabaril. Nakilala ang biktima ng isang Arnel Mapanao Delacruz, 47 taong gulang, residente at punong barangay sa nasabing lugar. Isang independenteng kandidato sa pagka sangguniang bayan ng Tungawan. Ang biktima nagtamo ng dalawang tama sa ulo ng siyang sanhi sa agarang pagkamatay. Kalibre 45 na baril ang ginamit sa mga suspek batay narin sa nakuhang basyo ng bala sa crime scene. Agad namang tumakas ang isa sa mga suspek sakay sa isang itim na Honda XRM patungo sa direksyon sa ZAmboanga City habang naglalakad naman patungong bulubundukin ng nasa
